Fault Problem
We can prioritize the following methods to check the problem of car LED turn signals:
- Step 1: Turn on the dual flash function to check whether it is working correctly. If not, the car’s battery might be under voltage, resulting in insufficient power. Increase the capacitance at the corresponding position (680UF, 1000UF, 3300UF).
- Step 2: If the dual flash is normal, turn on the unilateral turn signal to check if it’s working properly. If it flashes fast, the lamp power might be insufficient. Use a 12V7.5Ω golden dummy load to increase the power to the required wattage.
Contact the customer service team of Vland for assistance in determining the specifications of capacitors or golden dummy loads required.
We can prioritize the following methods to check the problem of high and low beams:
- Step 1: Check whether the high and low beam bulbs are in good condition or if the xenon lamp driver’s positive and negative poles are reversed. If the bulb is burned out, replace it with the standard parameter bulb recommended by Vland.
- Step 2: If the bulbs are normal, verify if the high and low beam plugs are connected correctly and if the driver’s poles are correct. Reconnect the plug if necessary.
- Step 3: Use an external 12V power supply to test if the high and low light contact pins function properly. If not, it might indicate a poor internal connection or an issue with the xenon lamp driver.
Provide feedback to Vland customer service for further assistance.
We can prioritize the following methods to check the issue of reversing lights not working:
- Step 1: If one or more lamp beads do not work, it indicates the LED taillight is broken and requires after-sales service. Contact the original store's service personnel.
- Step 2: If the entire reversing light doesn’t work, check if the reversing fuse is damaged or if the wiring harness is loose. Re-plug the wiring harness if necessary.
We can prioritize the following methods to check why LED high and low beams do not light up:
- Step 1: Interchange the left and right lights to rule out fuse damage. Then, exchange the drivers of the high and low beams to confirm functionality. If the driver is broken, contact the original sales shop's customer service.
- Step 2: If the driver is functional, check whether the needle in the plug of the wire harness assembly is withdrawn. If yes, contact the customer service team to replace the plug.
If the daytime running light turns yellow when used, it indicates the bead is damaged. Please contact the customer service staff of the original sales store for assistance.
We can use the following methods to check for abnormal noise from the radio after installing headlights or taillights:
- If the radio interference occurs in tunnels or caves, contact the original sales store's customer service. They may suggest using custom jammers to reduce interference based on your car's condition.
If the daytime running light is weak while using Vland headlights, check whether the car battery voltage is stable (12-14V output).
If the voltage is stable, provide the details to the customer service team of the original sales store for further guidance. They may recommend adding a dummy load if necessary.
If one part of the daytime running light is not lighting up, it may indicate a short circuit, disconnection, or poor welding of the LED lamp bead. Inform the shop’s customer service staff about the specific situation for further assistance.
Check whether the headlights are over-adjusted. Take a picture and share the details with the customer service staff of the original sales store. They will decide whether on-site repair or product replacement is needed based on the situation.
If there is a foreign object in the car lamp or internal parts have fallen off, take photos or videos and provide the details to the customer service staff of the original sales store. They will determine whether repair or replacement is necessary based on the specific location.
