Thank you for your purchase! We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with the product you purchased. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will simplify the return process as much as possible. Our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

1. Return and Warranty Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and our strict quality control system. If you have any issues with the product you purchased, please contact our customer service team via email at support@vlandmods.com. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date (as shown by tracking information). Please note that returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Warranty Information
We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. To apply for a warranty, you must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or product registration.
Warranty Coverage:
● Our warranty covers defects in design and manufacturing. However, the warranty does not cover:Installation errors
○ Wear and tear
○ Force majeure (such as natural disasters)
○ Misuse, abuse, or neglect
○ Accidents or collisions
○ Defects due to custom specifications provided by you
○ Modifications, configurations, or combinations not performed by us or our representatives
Additional Warranty Terms:
● Warranty claims will not be accepted without the submission of an after-sales form.
● Moisture and condensation under normal use (without modification) are covered under warranty.
● Moisture/condensation caused by improper weatherproof protection (e.g., HID/LED conversion) is not covered.
● Water damage due to extreme off-road use or submersion is not covered.
● Connection issues caused by applying grease to connector sockets are not covered.

2. Return Process
To begin a return or exchange, please email Support@vlandmods.com to obtain a return authorization and provide the following important information to help you complete the return quickly:
● Order number
● The issue you would like to resolve and product pictures (if necessary)
⚠️ Please do not return the item to the address on the original packaging; that is not our return address.
Our logistics team will pick up the item from your address within 1-7 days.⚠️ All returned items must be in their original condition.
We will process the refund as soon as possible and return the funds to your original account—credit card or PayPal. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to return to your account.⚠️ Original shipping fees will not be refunded when the order is returned.
Please do not return the product to the address on the package you received. The return address provided by our customer service is the only valid return address.(Returned items must be in original condition)
Return Shipping and Refund Policy:
● All customers must use the shipping services we provide for returns. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is insufficient to cover the return shipping, the buyer will bear the additional costs.
● Once your return request is approved and your return information is confirmed, our logistics partner will directly provide the return address.
● Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the number of items being returned. For most areas within the United States, return shipping fees may differ.
● For returns from other countries or remote areas in the U.S., please contact our customer service for the latest return information.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
● If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a product quality issue), we will cover all return shipping fees.
● If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (such as damage, change of mind, dislike, or incorrect purchase), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
● If you cannot return the item to our designated carrier, we will attempt to schedule a pickup within three business days. If the carrier does not collect the package, the return request will be closed, and the return shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refund Method and Timeframe:
● Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and our staff confirms there are no issues, we will process the refund immediately and return the funds to your original account—credit card or PayPal. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
⚠️ We do not charge restocking or processing fees for returns.
Return Conditions:
● Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return. Used, modified, or tampered products are not eligible for return. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition (not worn, damaged), and must include original tags and original packaging.
3. How to Cancel an Order?
We strive to process your cancellation request as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please send your request via email to Support@vlandmods.com.
To ensure that we can process your cancellation request, you must submit it on the same business day that the order was placed. We will confirm whether the order can be canceled after verification. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation for orders that have already been processed.
If the order has already been shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we will be unable to cancel the order. If you choose to return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Do You Accept Exchanges and the Exchange Process?Exchange Policy and Process
We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange, please ensure that your product meets the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility:
● Unused and Uninstalled Products: The product must not be installed or used, and it must remain in its original, brand-new condition.
● Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you purchased is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will review the issue and assist you with the exchange. If the product is in stock, we will ship the replacement within 24-48 hours. If the product is out of stock, it may take up to 90 days to provide a replacement, depending on inventory availability.
● Incorrectly Ordered Products: If the product purchased is not suitable or you purchased the wrong model, please contact us for an exchange.
Exchange Process:
1. Contact Customer Support: Please email Support@vlandmods.com to contact our customer support, provide the reason for the exchange, and attach clear images of the product condition (if applicable, you can keep the product in the anti-static bag). If the product's packaging has not been opened, please take pictures from all angles and ensure the tape has not been cut.
2. RMA Confirmation: All exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and send you a prepaid return label.
3. Return Shipping: The return label can be used at any USPS or UPS location. Please ensure the product is properly packaged during return shipping to prevent further damage.
4. Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, if the value of the returned product is less than the value of the exchanged product, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If the value of the returned product is higher than the exchanged item, we will refund or issue store credits for the difference.
Exceptions:
● If the exchange is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost. However, if the exchange is due to the customer ordering the wrong item, a $10 return label fee will be deducted.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
● After receiving the product, if you find any damage or defects, take clear photos or videos and send them to our customer support team at Support@vlandmods.com. Once we confirm that the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange a replacement or refund. The item must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after shipment, we are not liable for the loss. Once the package is delivered to the provided address, the responsibility for the package shifts to the customer. However, we will cooperate with you to initiate an inquiry with the carrier and assist in filing a claim if necessary.
Exchange Process:
If we are responsible for the damage or defect, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the product was correctly shipped to you but you received the wrong item or there was a packaging issue, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note: All claims for damaged or defective items must include evidence (photos or videos). Claims for stolen or lost items after delivery must be reported to the carrier and are not our responsibility.
